First bought the Bitch Bar in a store while on vacation. When I returned home, I ordered a couple more bars but the company contacted me to let me know that the fragrance I wanted was not available but would be in the future. A couple of months later, I received an e-mail from them stating that the fragrance was now available. That's customer service.
