Why has this beloved company shot itself in the foot?

One of your soaps, the lemon drop bar, was passable; but it's HUGE, too big for my soap dish, and it's supposed to be for women, who often have small hands! Where are all your small-ish bars of soap? Remember the Vanilla Orchid? The Lavender, The Sugared Citrus and so on? Why did you get rid of them? I loved them! I was a regular customer! Whoever said, "These soaps are awful!" I'm guessing no one! Would you please come to your senses?
