With copy of invoice:

Enclose a copy of the invoice. Please let us know if you would like a replacement or a refund. Returns or refunds will be honored up to 30 days after the purchase of the item. Refunds will be debited directly to the account used to make the purchase. (Any shipping charges will not be refunded)

Return without an invoice:
A replacement of the item or any of our other fine products will be made within 30 days of the original purchase. Refunds without an invoice are not available. You will be charged the minimum shipping fee for the replacement item you select.
